Professional wrestling is an art. The Work of Wrestling is dedicated to exploring that simple truth. Host & author Tim Kail analyzes wrestling matches, explicates promos, reviews pay-per-views, and shares personal stories in an effort to provide pro-wrestling the in-depth arts criticism it genuinely deserves.

Mar 27, 2017

In this "prelude" to WrestleMania, Tim Kail offers his thoughts on some of the upcoming Mania matches & feuds. He explains why he thinks this WrestleMania has been built far better than the past two years, questions whether or not that's because he's simply watching less, and concludes that it doesn't really matter! That he's excited for the show anyway! He also encourages readers & listeners to partake in his new Letters to the Editor program on, which is designed for people to respectfully express dissenting perspectives. He also answers two questions from listeners: explaining why he thinks Owen Hart was underutilized and how to separate one's fantasy-booking from reality when watching & critiquing pro-wrestling.
