Work of Wrestling host Tim Kail takes a trip into WWE's past, and discovers an episode of RAW from January 20th 1997 that gave a subtle indication of the positive change that was on the WWF's horizon. He breaks down a promo exchange between Bret Hart & Steve Austin, and uses that exchange as a launching point for a larger discussion about what makes Bret & Steve "The Greatest of All Time". This episode of RAW also provides some insight into how lasting change may come about today - not through grande gestures, but rather slow, incremental adjustments to creative.
